- Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP): Manufacturing is done strictly as per the procedures laid down in the MQP. Prior approval of MQP is obtained from the clients before commencing manufacturing.
- Stages of Quality Monitoring: Quality is monitored at Raw Material, Work In Process & Finished Goods stages.
- Types of Testing: Mechanical, Chemical, Physical & Visual testing is carried out during the manufacturing process.
- GJI has in house capabilities to carry out tests conforming to various International Standards like ASTM, BSEN, JIS, DIN, ISO etc.
